Overview
We are seeking dedicated, hardworking Movers/Packers to join our team as independent contractors. As a Mover/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods for our clients. This position requires physical stamina, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

How It Works

This is an on-demand, contract-based position. Approved applicants will be entered into a pool of moving contractors who will be offered jobs as they come in.

• When a job becomes available, a notification will be sent through our communication app with all details (location, time, size, etc.).

• Contractors can express interest in the job through the app.

• We will select the mover(s) based on availability, past performance, professionalism, and reliability.

• The more jobs you complete successfully, and the stronger your relationship with us, the more frequently you’ll be selected.

• We use an internal ranking system to track job history and performance — consistent, high-quality workers move up in priority for job selection.

Duties

• Load and unload items from trucks and vehicles, ensuring all items are handled with care.

• Safely operate box trucks and/or assist drivers with navigation and logistics.

• Provide professional, courteous service to clients and answer basic questions during the move.

• Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely job completion.

• Utilize equipment such as dollies, moving straps, and pallet jacks for heavy or bulky items.

• Assist in packing and organizing items to ensure items’ safety during transport.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Work collaboratively with other movers and team leads.

Requirements

• Prior moving, delivery, or warehouse experience.

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks daily.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Reliable transportation.

• Experience operating box trucks.

• Must own a smartphone for access via our app.

• Pass background check.

• Pass drug test.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
